Covid, What have you done?
It's been 2 years when Covid-19 started, this is when people's problems started to increase. The name "Covid" was chosen because the virus is genetically related to the coronavirus responsible for the SARS outbreak of 2003. The Covid-19 started in December, 2019, when the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) reported around 44 cases of pneumonia of unknown etiology which was detected in Wuhan, China. Covid affects people in different ways. Covid's most common symptoms are fever, cough, tiredness and loss of taste or smell.
When Covid hit, there was a lockdown in our barangay. But before, there was a lockdown, my family have been to the grocery to buy foods, extra medicine, all we need for the lockdown. When the Covid cases gotten bigger, no one will go out their houses because they will be caught by the police or the barangay tanod for not following the rules. So, they created a quarantine pass where you can go out or one in your family can go out. One of the unexpected moment that I experienced during the quarantine was when my uncle got Covid. We got ourselves quarantined for 14 days at home. We cannot go out until we got tested negative in our swab test. When we tested negative, we disinfect all of the materials at home so we can finally go out. We can finally go our but we still follow the rules because we don't want one in our family will got tested positive again.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I learned a lot of things. Like, how people have practiced self-care in a multitude of ways during the pandemic as they were forced to adjust new schedules, and cut back on socializing. Because of the quarantine, I also have enough time to spend with my family. The Covid-19 pandemic demonstrates to us that our economic, political and social systems can serve our needs and purposes only when they induce us to cooperate. The guiding principle of outbreak response is hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

You have done a great job, keep it up.
