Viva Viva Longganisa Festival!
Because of its museums and architecture, Vigan is a well-liked tourist attraction. However, it is also well-known for the local salami Longganisa. This meal is made in accordance with age-old customs and has a very distinctive flavor. Numerous attempts have been made to duplicate the flavor of sliced savory meat, cane vinegar, and garlic, but none of them come close to local chefs' creations.
The Longganisa Festival is a part of the festivities during the city of Vigan's fiesta at the end of January. It is typically observed between January 22 and January 25, however the exact dates change every year. Everyone who attends the festival can sample genuine Vigan longganisa. Longganisa is typically eaten for breakfast by locals, although the dish itself is too good to be limited to the morning.
Every year, the display is the same, but you can never tell what the marching bands will play or do, exactly like when I went to see a street dance. I predicted that these bands will perform the same song. I misheard, hearing jovial, melodic, and peaceful music instead. Additionally, the dancers had talent and wore colorful clothes. It is perfect for the festival.
Important holidays, in my opinion, also foster racial harmony and social understanding among individuals. to get rid of Festivals assist us in maintaining our roots, culture, and origins. They liberate us from life's routine. The celebration encourages us to put aside our differences, accept one another, establish loving relationships, and foster intercultural harmony. The aura shifts and adopts a cheerful mood throughout festival season. Every festival has its own unique twist in the music, setting, and mood. ... This festival is more laid down and family-friendly than other festivals and is known for drawing people of all ages. Both music and crafts are on show, and the festival is peppered with event bars of every description.
